Only countries from where you can post your passport you will get ppr only however from Pak, u can post your passport so u'll get PPR1 and then PPR2

Hi everyone!!!

FINALLY!!!!! After 14 months of waiting, by the grace of God, we have already received our passports stamped with visa and COPR! ;D ;D ;D D Visas are stamped on 29 Oct and are valid until 08-08-2013. For those applicants from UAE: PP's has reached the Canadian Embassy in UAE on 4th of November and yesterday I have been called by Aramex (courier co.) for my delivery address as they are to deliver it today (so it will take additional 3 days to reach you from the time it reached the embassy). However, due to excitement last night, I went to them directly and picked it up. LOL

We are very happy and excited for our landing on January 2013. And rest assured I will get back to you all for the landing experience. We wont be staying there for good yet, we will get back to UAE to earn more and save more to prepare for the final leap!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most especially those people who have guided me all throughout this 14 months processing. I will forever be grateful to you guys most especially to Ketevan who has kept this thread organize, to everyone you all rock!!!

Congratulation & good luck for your plan, every one has their own plan but I will suggest that think & calculate expences & how much you can save if you come back twice cos for so many people visiting Canada for short time with whole family and moving another time could be very expensive.

*Note: On 30/07/12 passport request was issued by regular mail. On 08/08/12 an e-mail was received advising to ignore this PPR and wait for a new one, because additional background checks are needed that will take AT LEAST 1 month

Background checks after medical is about your criminal record check. If you had killed someone or you were involved in terrorist activities then no chance otherwise soon you'll get PPR INSHALLAH.

The rejection after medical is very rare and the rejection after PPR is a very unique case. I know someone's application was rejected after medical that her husband was foind driving car after drinking alcohol

Hi everyone!!!

FINALLY!!!!! After 14 months of waiting, by the grace of God, we have already received our passports stamped with visa and COPR! ;D ;D ;D D Visas are stamped on 29 Oct and are valid until 08-08-2013. For those applicants from UAE: PP's has reached the Canadian Embassy in UAE on 4th of November and yesterday I have been called by Aramex (courier co.) for my delivery address as they are to deliver it today (so it will take additional 3 days to reach you from the time it reached the embassy). However, due to excitement last night, I went to them directly and picked it up. LOL

We are very happy and excited for our landing on January 2013. And rest assured I will get back to you all for the landing experience. We wont be staying there for good yet, we will get back to UAE to earn more and save more to prepare for the final leap!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most especially those people who have guided me all throughout this 14 months processing. I will forever be grateful to you guys most especially to Ketevan who has kept this thread organize, to everyone you all rock!!!

Dr. saab I also like to know the same thing from the forum and u make it easy for by asking the same question and it is also very relaxing reply for me too regarding the background check after medical.
