File Transfer to LVO: March 17, 2010
Start Processing : February 23, 2012 (they asked the updated PCC again at this point of time)
Med. Request : June 13, 2012 (including Visa fees)
Med Delivered : July 19, 2012
ECAS : '' in process'' till date.

Medicals were done from two places as the members of the family were not together. Because of this, it may take time however I can expect everything to be done within this year as my agent informs me.

hello the great man qorax, if the RPRF have been cashed and the ecas show medical have been received does that mean everything is fine and cic will issue ppr soon

Usually yes, if there is no other concern
 
This depends on how fast they finish background/security checks, which in turn depends on how fast external agencies cooperate with them.
