Prices vary across cities. Quite expensive in London, less so in other parts of the UK. The processing time also depends on the clinic - I got appointment for the next day at Manchester Bridgewater hospital, but Edinburgh clinic was booked for several weeks ahead.
Some DGP work in clinics and some of them are independent practitioners - if you book a clinic specialist, then tests will be usually done in 2 hours. If you book an independent doctor, you may spend several days as they may send you to a clinic for separate tests and then wait for the clinic's results!

and a minor and how long it could take to complete the procedure such as to get an
appointment and done the test.

My sister's PR application is in the final stages. I want to know that when CIC Islamabad sends ppr-2 request, can you go to their office in-person and have visa stamped on passport or you can only mail your passport for the visa. waiting for the response.

Australia and New Zeland immigration medical. Do they provide service for canada immigration as well?

I strongly recommend there service. They are very friendly and efficient. I got appointment for next day and they sent all reports to London within 48 hours. The service was also cheaper than for London clinics.

I am still waiting for my passports as well.. A week ago they emailed that they would dispatch it soon.. Decision made was added then & Canadian address as well..

Situation in Egypt isn't also very stable & disturbances are expected on the 26th of January..

I called Aramex & DHL to check if anything has been sent to me & nothing they said..

So, don't worry my Pakistani fellows.. I pray for Pakistan, Egypt, Syria, Palestine & all other countries in disturbances..
How valuable the word "Peace" is..
