Amen...May we all receive what we desire ,especially our PR. please which country refused you visa?
please share your timeline..thanks
I was refused entry into the USA while heavily pregnant in 2010. Prior to that, I had visited the US severally. I applied for US visa again in 2016 but I was refused based on the 2010 history. According to them, i did not disclose while renewing my visa that I was pregnant which is true. I have explained this in my LOE to LVO.

Any update with you?
Im june 12 too

Yes I got RPRF today and also request for further info regarding a visa refusal in 2003. I have paid and replied but a bit nervous about the latter. There was no big issue with the refusal, I applied under family class back then and they said the relationship didn't qualify but no suggestion of any wrong doing etc so hopefully it won't be a problem.

Not sure how long the wait might be now till next step. In IP2 now after more than 3 months in NA.

are you a PNP or FSW applicant?

I think London VO is moving a bit now, after 3 months of my BG status being NA, it finally moved to IP2, and I received ADR as well. I’m not sure if it’s related, but my file moved a bit a couple of weeks after ordering GCMS. I’ve read around the forum that it helps sometimes as agents need to physically inspect the file before sending the notes; so if they notice the file has been too slow they might speed it up a bit.

I think we're in the same batch, my file was also moved end of August. Could be same visa officer. When did you move to IP2 and ADR?

Just today I received the ADR request; I hadn’t checked my account for a week but I’m assuming the BG changed also happened today. What about you?
