hi guys
I have been on IP1 since july 7. When I got my GCMS note on september 28, i noticed that my eligibility, criminality and security hadn't been started. My due date according to my notes was october 6 and yet till today i haven't got no updates. this is really bothering me as November 10 i'll be 5months since AOR.

Has anyone here been in my situation or currently is in this situation or has seen someone else in my situation before? Also as anybody in LVO been on IP1 for a long time and move straight to IP2?

Check the notes section. If your police clearance certificate says review required, it will explain the reason why you are still in IP1. It means the case worker had reservations regarding your PCC and wants the Visa officer to have a second look. most times it is due to alterations on the PCCor certain sections not being scanned. not a big deal. relax!

I was asked for additional explanation in visa refusal and also an updated bio data page but no request for height/eye color. Is this a good sign? I am worried as my AoR is 19th May and LVO is London.

When did you get this request? I am AOR 20th May and my file is all quiet. was moved to LVO 14th August and no movement since then. I am 161 days today. 19 more days to hit the 180 mark.

Welcome on board and I say Amen to your prayer. Congrats cos it's a good sign. It at least shows that someone is working on your file and considering your aor date, I say ppr should be close. Simply give an explanation on why you were refused but be careful to ensure that your explanation is not different from what the refusal letter says. if they didn't request for bio data, eye color etc, then they probably don't need it. Good luck.

Finally moved to IP2 yesterday!!! My timeline is below:

AOR: June 05
Med/IP1: July 06
NA2: July 07
ADNR/FTD: August 21
IP2: October 27

I pray PPR will come pronto!!! Fingers crossed!!!

Did you try to verify with Ottawa regarding the status of your application? Btw what's your stream?

i have called ottawa several times and all they tell me is that my application is in London and so they can longer access information from my file. my stream is FSW

Hi All, my status for "Review of additional documents" changed from "the additional documents you provided are being reviewed" to "We do not need additional documents". I sent a mail to them and got to know that my application has been transferred to London Visa office.
Please add me to whatsapp group, if any. TIA!!
Following are my timelines:
AOR - 31 Aug, 2017
Medical cleared - 16th Sep, 2017
File transfer to LVO/additional doc not required - 27th Oct, 2017
I am not sure if IP1 has happened or not. I got e-mail for profile update when medical was cleared. I hoped the same for IP1. I might have missed IP1 as I continued checking only mails instead of profile.

I got this request on the 23rd of October. I was also told to submit my biodata Page.

Thank you so much for your message. They actually requested for my biodata page but didn’t ask for eye color/height. I am very hopeful and I pray it all works out.

We will be in touch with regards to the next steps in your application. Please keep your correspondence to a minimum. We require passports have a minimum validity of 1 year before issuing visas.

I got the above reply from the LVO after inquiring about application status regarding eligibility etc and asking the validity duration (of passport)necessary for stamping of COPR.
Any insights from the house? Does it mean ‘DRD’ is the visa officer so I mention the name in my prayers?

I got a similar mail from DRD (the passport validity part wasn't in the mail I received). Few days later I moved to IP2.

2 days ago i sent an email to London office and they replied to me as below, I want to know what can I expect ? will it take time?

"Please be informed your file is awaiting review by a visa officer. We are currently unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as your application has been reviewed or further documents are required."'

Does anyone know which batch or what timeline London are working on? I saw on the New Delhi group that they have managed to track which batch of transferred applications are currently being worked on. My file was transferred to London on 27 August. AOR 12 June. Thank
