First They contacted me in reply to my UCI query and told that my app is awaiting officers' review. that was on ....10 march.
Then i sent them email on 28 march and they replied me that it is still awaiting officers' review.
they dont bother to the email. i m so sick of lvo. they r the worst.

I sent them an email since before Easter and haven't gotten any response yet!
I guess they are tired of replying emails!

From previous applicants that have emailed and gotten response. I hear they reply between 24/48 hours.

first time they replied after 4 days.
2nd time, in 3 hours

They're very bad, it took them 4 months to tell me I need to send a PCC (despite providing a receipt as per their instructions)

I guess they are tired of doing anything! Replying emails and issuing PPR! ;D
I am fast approaching the four months mark and people have been waiting for six months and more!

This week is the last working week of the month.

Hopefully LVO gives everyone waiting big big smiles.

I finally got a reply from LVO!

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email.

We confirm that your file has been assigned to a visa officer and is awaiting review.

We are currently unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as your application has been reviewed. Your email below has been forwarded and brought to the attention of the officer in charge of your file.

We continue to appreciate your patience during this process.

You will be contacted as soon as these are complete and we are in a position to proceed with your application.

I think this is a reply from LVO.
Cse are replied to via email and mycic. Only your visa office/r can send you messages in your mycic.

This is just generic stuff. But yours is personalized a bit. It seems you sent an email about your app?? If yes, it has been forwarded to your visa officer.

from when your file is transferred to LVO it is assigned to an officer and awaiting eligibility review.

This just means your application has been at LVO for donkey months doing nothing!
