Has anyone gotten any reply to their email sent to LVO from last week?

I sent an email last week Tuesday, and no reply as of today. Are they back to work or still taking their time and doing as they please?

I sent mail to them today and got auto-reply -
"Your enquiry has been received by the London visa office. We respond to all enquiries within 28 days. "
So you need to wait longer

I got auto reply to. They usually reply within 24 hours.

I have just received a message from CIC saying that my employment letter is fraudulent. they have given me 30 days to submit relevant documents otherwise my application may be rejected.

Can anyone help me understand why they think the letter is fraudulent?? how does CIC verify experience letters?

what documents did they request for? send all relevant documents to them to show its not fraudulent

Oh that is not good did you altered or modified the letter? If they are suspicious they might say like this.

May be you need to write explanation letter with supporting documents like salary slips,offer letter, standard reference letter from HR about your employment with compensation details.
