if no - just write an LoE stating you dont have the visa rejection document

If you have not been asked yet can you contact which ever country the visa rejection was from and ask for a copy of the letter/application they would have on file

yeah but they give 1 week or max 2 weeks to respond - dont think you will get an answer that quickly

Congrats...I'm sure you'll get PPR soon. How did you respond to the ADR? Everyone I have seen, seem to have responded with an LOE and the visa refusal document. Did you do this also because I only responded with an LOE.

Hi guys,

I wanted to let you know that I just got my passport request!! Pretty shocked, my background showed n/a this morning when i checked it (around 9am eastern time) and around 11.15am eastern, i got an email saying there was a message in myCIC and when I checked it was my passport request. My background has now changed to IP2, guessing once they recieve my passport it will update to approved. It had been a very long road OINP started February 2016, ended up having to leave Canada having been here for 2 years and was Outland PNP AOR January 9th, with no additional documents required.

Thank you all for your help & advice throughout! Wish all those still waiting for ppr all the best in the rest if your journey to ppr!

I just spoke to an agent now who confirmed my file is at London visa office, he said unfortunately he cant access my file .

I was asked to called back after 6month
