I saw 2 PPR issued this month and some got in Jan too.. they are working with limited capacity..

I agree. I haven’t seen many responses from them on any forums etc this year, but hopefully LVO opens up more soon.

Yes, and I saw one from Oman( Source: Immitracker). Maybe there are more applicants coz not everyone is on this forum and Immitracker...

Thanks, my application has been approved (been told via web form) since April 2020, but no CoPR yet. Good luck, hope you get yours soon!
