I think you have to submit it to the Canadian embassy in Islamabad. I am not sure though but can you please share details? You or he can CALL IRCC to get more details. His timeline of application and what exactly was there in the email? Looking forward to your kind response.

Alright. Meaning, If and when I get my PPR, I can just simply do my landing with my wife without restrictions. But since IRCC knows that I am Married to a PR holder, they should prioritize my case ;|

IRCC now knows that my Spouse is a PR holder. Do you think it puts my application file on the priority list since I am exempted from travel restrictions?

My wife is a PR but she is here in Pakistan with me. She did her soft landing, received her PR card, and came back. If she goes back now and I inform IRCC, will that help my case?
