London office The most delayed time line in Canada

Is there anyone applied for citizenship from London Ontario as i can see that there is a lot off applicants from all places from all Canada received already an invitation for online test ,they applied on 2020 while a lot of Londers applied at the first half of 2019 and still in process
if you live in London please share your timeline and what should we do regarding that unfair processing either in Ontario or in other provinces

I applied in Oct. 2019 still in process, there is one test invitation but no single citizenship ceremony invitation since March 2020 from the London office.

Here is timeline for a resident of London, ON.

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 22, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 5, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on July 19, 2019

Submitted webform asking for status update, got standard covid19 delay reply.

The London office has always been slow even pre-covid. My understanding is that even people from Jan/Feb 2019 have been waiting for the test.

What can we do about that!? People are frustrated waiting for their test invite for almost a year and a half!!!

i am march 2020 applicant, in process since nov 20,2020. My visa office is also london as im from
oxford county. It is frustrating to think about tbh. maybe by 2030 they are going to process our application

Has anyone reported this office, it is well known that is one of the slowest processing offices in Canada. I sent a complaint to Minister Sean Fraser, and I think more people should do the same.
