I agree with staralihaider.. There is some sort of evaluation why VO decided at this early. It could be less points and job responsibilities not matched with NOC.. This is the first thing they will check, right?

My status never changed to received by VO.
As mentioned earlier I sent my application in first week of June and then on July 15, 2010 it changed to "in Process". On Ocotober 4 decision made.
Still my consultant is waiting for a response from CHC london.

Ok i think mubbashir update your status in the list wrong , in the list your status shows received by visa office, so this is the reason we asking you for this and one thing i want tell you inshallah i wish that it will be error in your ecase because it is not possible that after CIO status directly convert into Decision made (its strange). i think in 2 or 3 week you checked it again hope it will convert in to IN Process. inshallah

I suggest not to ask for your orignal documents otherwise your case would go into a "spin". Once you get back your documents, how would they be able to do background checks regarding your education. The documents are required by CHC till the final review after that you get PPR. Seniors can have their input please.

My consultant has received a refusal letter. It states that my document were not submitted in 120 days timeline, so based on available documents final determination of eligibility has been made and file has been closed (with file number given by CIO).

CIO letter was dated February 9, 2010 (120 expiring on June 9, 2010)
Now, my consultant sent complete package on May 29 and it was delivered on May 30, 2010. Then on July 15, 2010 CHC london issued me formal acknowledgment and a new file number. The refusal letter has old file number which was given by CIO. So i think there is some misunderstanding in CHC London about my file. Now my consultant has already shoot up an email inquiry to CHC London for clarification. Lets see what response they will give. But my question is that if the full application is not received then why CHC london sent me an acknowledgement????

Hope everything will get on back track and i will also join you guys again on the same station.

Thanks eemmo for your clarification, I think now there is a kind of priliminary evaluation between CIO review complete and RBVO, or may be it is just a technical error with the Ecase (we all hope that)

i sent true copy of my university documents with the full documents to London V.O
then i read in this forum that i have to send the original
so i sent it later on , and i wrote a letter to the V.O that this is the only original one i have ,and i asked them to send it back to me if they don't need it
then they send it back to me with medical request
