in my country we didn't have a trusted international bank
can i send the RPRF to my friend in London by Western union , and ask him to get bank draft from there then send it back to me by DHL
then i can send it with medical to London
pleas if there is better way please tell me

For Barnker Draft would you please tell me your country of residence ? As the way you asking is a lenghty and costly process ...

i would recommand you to arrange Credit Card or Make payment by Credit Card , Also you may ask your friend you buy a Prepaid Credit Card in london and Give you the detials it would be fine aswell

Making Payment for RPRF is not a big deal
