i prefer you send money yourself ....... their is no need for bank of Montreal to be in your country....you can get bank draft or pay order even from western union....as i did............

Thanks, I did not receive my 2nd AOR yet, just my Ecase has just changed this morning.
I hope and i think that the AOR must be in its way.
I have sent a specific case inquiry and get a reply 11 days ago that my file has been created by the mentioned same CIO file number, may be it was before they create the second one. also i heared that sometimes they do not change CIO file number.

yes you are right 11 days ago probably they have not created your file. But when your e-case changes that mean they had created a file for you and you will get it in regular mail ( a week or two) but be assured they had mailed it.

please i want ur advice about the RPRF
in my country we didn't have a trusted international bank
can i send the RPRF to my friend in London by Western union , and ask him to get bank draft from there then send it back to me by DHL
then i can send it with medical to London
pleas if there is better way please tell me
