thank`s Satish

I will write only the 1st name Mohamed when I receive PPR
because they ask for First name ( single ) , and in my passport they write Given Names (plural )

so I think they want only one first name

thank you guys again
dear anwar
let me tell you few things about first name(given name) middle name last name (sir name)(family name)
as per international rules (ICAO) department of united nation dealing with passports and immigration

sir name/ family name cannot be more then single word means no spaces are allowed in sir name at all
so you can write single word in sir name and this must also be done in your passport
you can check in your passport that it must be having only single word
and all the rest of details will be written in given name/ first name
you can add as many spaces and words as you want

AZBUTT,

1. Sending Passport by Courier or Post is not possible no courier company will send it.
2. Carrying someone else's passport (even with authority letter) is illegal in Pakistan. You can send the passports with somebody going to London but it is bit risky as if ASF or FIA found it at airport than you might face problem.
3. CHC Islamabad is stamping passports for Pakistani nationals even if they applied from London before April 2010. It is a lenghty procedure and takes around 3 months. For this you need to inform CHC London that currently you are in Pakistan and they will send you the instructions to follow.
4. If you are expecting PPR in few months than I would suggest that you should apply for 6 Months Visit visa of UK and go yourself to UK.

I took the risk and tried the option no 2 and my passports are in London and Inshallah will be submitted by my brother on this Thhursday

I hope the above information will help.

Dear Members,
I'm in the same boat like you,,,, came back to pak last year, was applied for Canadian FSW in 2007, that's right you can't send passport to UK via Courier or Post or not even with any person travelling to Uk,,, but going to UK on visit visa or travelling to UK for visa stamping is quite expensive option and not garanteed to get visit visa at last minute.... so i have tried with different Courier Offices and although is illegal to send passport abroad from Pakistan but some Courier guyz assured me they could send my passport to Uk with little bit extra charges offcourse, and brof Staralihaider DHL sending the passport only to CHC Islamabad not to CHC London double check with DHL CS, don't get shocked at last minute.

I believe it depends on a country... Like India and Pakistan govt do not allow this but for us here in Dubai and other we can send it via courier :)
