London applicant - time line- only who recieved Medical in the last 6 months.

Hope it is ok . But i was wondering why they ask you for Updated police Certificate after you did your medical in Last Sept. Normally they ask the updated police report in the same letter they request the Medical . and this happened to me when they send me the medical request in Sep 10 they ask for updated police report from the country of residence along with RPRF.

but I think there is any delay in contact with authority in my country for back ground check , so they ask for new PCC

I believe your previous submitted PC was not expired at the time of medicals but it just expired now , thats why they asked for new PCC. I have spent 4 years in your country but my security background took only a month after my medical and PCC submission.
