my file has been reached on 26th April 2011. what will be the time line of receiving AOR. my file has been signed by veselnova....i have sent each n everything mentioned in visa office specific checklist.thanks

Hey every one.

i received a reply on 16th april (had sent an enquiry about when will i get PPR, meds done in nov 2010) that my file was waiting for a review and all background checks have completed.

today i got another reply, it is:

Dear Sir,

In response to your email, please note that your file has now been reviewed by an officer who has determined that this file needs to undergo further background checks. Whilst we appreciate that your medical examination results are due to expire in 27-11-2011, we are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed.

Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received.

does any one have any idea what this means?
has any one received a similar response before?
should i be worried ?

You applied on 26th April 2011 for the first time
So you follow the new roles ( post 26 June 2010 applicant )
As I know that post 26 June 2010 applicant have to send applications and all supporting document directly to (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada , not to the visa office

This is from there site
Important:

1) All applicants in the Federal Skilled Worker Class, must submit their application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.

ALSO

Use the Document Checklist (IMM 5612) to help you gather the necessary documents to submit your application to the CIO.
You must also submit the documents listed on the visa office specific document checklist with your application.

To determine what documents you will need to provide, consult the Visa Office specific requirements (supporting documents) for your country at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp.

If you are not prepared to submit full documentation to the CIO do not apply now.

If you do not submit a complete application with the supporting documents, your application will be returned to you.


I think you have to take another opinion

About ur question , if you can prove that you have the 4 years experience in Social Workers( NOC 4152 ) then its OK

did u send the file to NS ????, ur supposed to send the the file first there. if u have send already there and got the letter saying to submit to ur VO, thn ur case wil be v fast . . no cause for worries

sorry for not disclosing the receipt of PPR coz whn i see many from sep 2010 didnt get the PPR . i felt bad and i dont wnt those brothers getting tensed. coz now CHC releasing PPR case by case. no specific rule or timeline

i called the canadian high commission in islamabad. they said to send docs to london. plus u r also rite.both locations are mentioned in checklist.no i dont now will my file be returned?

Note:All Economic Class applicants (Federal skilled workers, Provincial Nominees and Skilled workers destined to Quebec) from Pakistan, must use these instructions and submit their application to the London, United Kingdom visa office.
