your brother will need a letter signed by you saying he can pick up the passports along with photo id.

You just queue up and hand them in along with the updated information sheet and photos. Then go back 2 weeks later and pick them up.

my brother has to submit the passport of mine, my wife and one year old daughter. So do we both need to sign separate letters or we both sign on a single authorization letter with the passport details of all three of us.
Would this be enough?

Hi brother Anwar, the total weight allowance per ticket for Air Canada is 25 Kg, rest you can confirm for the ticket agent too.

I asked about that the local traveling office in my country , and it depend on the first flight company , so my first flight company (Yamania ) give 2 pieces 23 k.g for each ticket
