We did our med. on 19-07-2011 and they took 5 working days to prepare the reports and sent on 24-07-2011 and that reached in London on 25-07-2011.

* X 3 Passport sized photographs of you and your family

* Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.

* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.



* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

These updates are requested before requesting Medical instructions. So hurry up and complete them in order for the medicals not to be delayed. Congratlations again. It will take 4 to 5 months from now to send you the medicals (this is what happened with me when updates were requested)
