Just realized that my address is also missing on ecas. Am not sure when this disappearance occurred as I only checked 2day.

I think if u ask london to send u the request by email they will do

It happend with me in the first update request when the hardcopy was late in mail

all they asked is the travel history form
my consultant says this means MR should
be on the way shortly, as they do this just before the MR
