Is there a consensus on best value and safest delivery option?

I'm posting from Toronto.

Reading this thread, it looks like Purolator and XpressPost are going to be around $20-30 and will deliver within 48 hours with tracking and signature.

Anything else to it?

475 grams ??? That is a lot of paper! How many applications are included in the package?

P.S: Priority of CanadaPost is a scam! I sent my application with XpressPost (which is waaaay cheaper) and it was delivered in 2 days! (signature and tracking #)

I went to Canada post office again and they agreed that they made a mistake and gave me refund...nowit is only $42.
the bad thing they did is they took out all my documents out of the pre paid envelope and put in a different yellow envelope. seems they cant use that anymore for some reason...Idiots...
