I received ITA but I need to do following changes in Post ITA form. Is it recommended to write all this in LOE or decline the ITA and include them in EE profile. I am feeling what if the Visa Officer gets confused and if any change is overlooked, application might get refused. Please advise.

1. After ITA, Spouse IELTS has been expired but she has valid IELTS from other attempt. This change will add 4 points to my profile.

2. Level of Education was incorrectly entered but there is no change in points as ECA Level of Education is mentioned correctly.

3. Spouse Sibling in Canada become PR in Canada. It will add 15 points to the profile.

4. Unable to get reference letter for Spouse work history so mentioned it in personal history. There will be no change in points.

1. Your application will be declined if the change in IELTS/Education eval causes your CRS score to drop below the minumum CRS score that was issued ITA in the same draw you were invited. For ex: Latest draw on Feb 21st had cut off at 442 if change in IELTS brings your score below 442 you should reject ITA or your application will be rejected. If 4 points lower is still above 442 then you should explain in LOE.

2. No issue. Make sure to enter correct level of education on the Express Entry file. Mention in LOE.

3. If you already have ITA then 15 points does not matter to you.

4. No problem. Adding work history in personal history for jobs you cannot get references for is common and many people do it.

Good Luck.
