LMO with advertising needed for converting Open Wrk permit to Closed

Dear All,

I have been working for the past 9 months and my open work permit is about to expire and my employer wants to extend it.i am a Business Manager(NOC Skill 0621) .

My Question:

If i am going to continue my employment with the same employer,to extend my work permit should i need to go for an LMO and do the advertisement.

Please advise.

I did a one year program.....

Yes you will have to ask your employer to file a LMO for you

but do we need to advertise and what all details shud we submit along with the application
