Terki is 100% correct. If you are filing for a PR under arranged employment (FSW2), you are supposed to be working on a valid work permit when the PR is granted (employer may change). The reason they ask for updated job letter is just to verify that you are still working on a valid work permit...

Hello Jai, I have one question bud. You said your company doesn't support PR processing. Have you already started PR processing? The reason I ask this is you can get BOWP only if your PR is in process. Thanks, Deepak

@CEC2013 You are absolutely correct. We cannot apply BOWP at border as we need to apply it from within Canada. I have personally tried it and the border officials told me the same thing. Thanks Deepak
