LMO processing times as of June 2013

Mine in unnamed lmo, i call service canada, they said processing average days is 35 days, ill update u guys if i get it by next week,btw im in alberta

Hey Dissapointed, did your name get added to the unamed LMO yet? is it not possible to apply for work permit with unnamed application?

I didnt get it yet still waiting, no u cant apply for work permit without ur name added on lmo, it will just be rejected so better wait for lmo hope it will come soon

Guys.. my patience is over... my Employer in Toronto Ontario, who applied LMO behalf of me on July 22nd, 2013 and today Nov 29th, its been over 4 months (17 weeks so far..) still waiting.. not fun at all...

let me know if any hope.

For me also, application is sent in Toronto on 9 August and I have not received any response from SC till date.

Guys, I'm on my 21st week for one of my jobs. About a month ago, he said that he has a file number and I still haven't heard back from him yet regarding the outcome of the LMO. It's getting really close to the 6 month mark and I don't want to wait any longer. This is taking forever.

Hi Sanju, My Employer applied LMo for me in july and still no response from SC. If we try to follow up they just say it is assigned to an officer. donno how many days they are goin to assign it. Now into Restoration period, Wondering how to restore my status and the donno what will be the chances to restore my status.

I am also not clear that how many more days they will take further.

Initial call was done in september from then on it is assigned to an officer.

It seems ridiculous that most private sector jobs have performance requirements and would be assessed based on number of days applied to resolved etc to ensure high standards.
Funny how the govt doesn't have to meet any targets or time frames. It's just so disappointing to have no end date to the process.
We are still waiting and it's so frustrating having a life on hold here in case we move to canada

My Widow sister has applied LMO in manitoba August 2013 through an agent, She had 1 interview online(Skype) by Canadian Lawyer and 1 Interview by canadian Recruiter in december 2013 as regards to Job criteria eligibilty.All this happens in 3 months since we applied and now we are in 4th month.Does its a routine process? If yes what would be the next process? our agent said to us last week, everything looks great and we should get LMO anytime soon now. Anyone Please give me little more info. how Manitoba LMO Process works and what are the possibilites of getting positive LMO.

Me too @stopDa so may dalawa kang LMO na hinihinay?saken kasi I have 5 LMO na hinihintay from BC,Alberta,and saskatchewan.. yung sa BC last week ng sept last year na file, sa alberta nung dec.31 lang tapos the rest sa saskatchewan na isang oct,nov,at dec...yung sayo ba dalawa right?magkakaroon kaya tayo ng problema dun?
