LMO processing Time - Alberta

Hi

My husband received his LMO but his name was not mention or written, is Canada using number code now instead of the person name?

Please advise, we just want to make sure that it's true as before (i mean last year) my friend received her LMO with her name on it.

your husband should ask any querries about the lmo he got since it was the employer who applied.

Some says that Canadian have their words but as of now wherein my employer isn't even replying on my messages to him as regards to the status of the lmo, i felt that some Canadian employers ignored their applicants especially when they already find a replacement for the position which I think was already living in Canada. It sucks coz that lmo took us too long.

i have same case .. my noc is also 6453... and applied lmo from toronto on 1st feb 2012... the file number issued on 13 aug 2012... no further updates till today .

My application has been filed to HRSDC on 10th of June...so it is more than three months now...I am worried but try to stay positive...Where are you from? For the Polish citizens (I am one of them) it usually takes about 2 months...so it is more than that for me now...the waiting time depends on the country your are from. I analysed this forum and learnt that some people waited only a week, some 16 weeks so it also depends on one's luck I think and maybe on the time of the year that one is applying (summer seems to be vacation time for office workers). I only share my opinion with you. Please share your everybody!!! because I am not sure whether anybody here waited more than me now For the positive LMO od course...

Hello,
I have got a question to WIDEOPENSPACES!!!! I am new here and I can't send private mails and my employer has made some mistakes in the application process and my aplication was turned down....does turning down the application mean the same as getting a negative LMO??? He told me he started the process again on Sept 11th (advertising jobs)....Does it mean that I have to wait another 12-14 weeks from then? Or is the second application usually shorter in time? OMG how terrible I feel...Wideopenspaces had a problematic situation, maybe she could help me....PLEASE!!!!! I do not understand this whole procedure well enough, though I know so much about it.... I am looking forward to WIDEOPENSPACES or ANYBODY's advice....Thanks...

Hi Guys,
I got my LMO today after waiting for very long 14 weeks and one day.
Got a surprise this morning in my email and I could not stop myself from screaming. My employer is from Calgary region.
Waiting time is the most painful one. No one knows better than me as your life is on the hold until you get the positive news.
