mine applied july 30 albeeta canada follow up oct 22 they said wait 2 to 3 wiks.... i dont know what will happen next... im looking forward for positive result... waht did u applied? did u try to follow up?

This is my full 12 week today. I'm still waiting. It is frustrating! Anyone receives positive LMO <12 weeks. My employer applied mine on August 15th.

Its long back before a year i applied from vancouver for my LMO and got it after 5 months mean while i moved to alberta apply new one before 2 months and just got the possitive LMO today.

Are you aware that NOC 1231 no longer exists? In the 2011 NOC (replaced the 2006 NOC) the entire 123 subgroup was eliminated (all 123X codes were reallocated to other codes). Could this be the problem with your processing delay?
