Hi, I have a open work permit given by my husband’s company (Cognizant), I want to ask whether I can apply for/request for a LMIA job offer to my employer? Please guide

Since your Husband is working for cognizant, I'd recommend your husband check with his immigration lawyers from the firm. They would be able to provide the most accurate guidance
