DearI got mine in 45 calendar days.
The strike was not long and didn’t really impact processing times.Dear
is your LMIA approved recently? just wonder was the strike in April making delay of LMIA approved a lot ...
my employer told he applied on Apr 4, but still doesn't out yet...The strike was not long and didn’t really impact processing times.
Low or high skilled? Has your employer contacted EDSC about status? Did employer use a lawyer? Processing is an estimate so depends on the job and reviewing whether the company is eligible and meets requirements.my employer told he applied on Apr 4, but still doesn't out yet...
is this normal ?

mine applied in May 12 and got approved in June 28. Ask your lawyer to follow up and send urgent email request to EDSC.
Thanks all replying.
would it be possible EDSC pending application forever and never provide decision?
