Hello Prashanthbv, I have received my LMIA approval (Skill type A) which mentions permanent job offer and 1000$ as fees paid. but, nowhere it mentions the LMIA type i.e. Only WP or Dual(WP+PR). In your case, Does your LMIA approval specifically mentions that it is dual. Otherwise, How to know the LMIA type just by looking at the LMIA approval letter?prashanthbv said:Dual Intent

As far as I know once you have an approved LMIA, you need to apply for a work permit.Miketvguy said:LMIA Interview-positive- done.
Dear Friends.
I would like to share my time line.
*13 Oct 2015 LMIA filed.
*Dual intend / Ontario-medium wage.
*December file transferred to NB.
*Week 18" Interview happened-Yesterday Morning.
My employer says it's positive interview.
Case officer also mentioned 'Good application'.
*Waiting for official letter-snail mail in next 10 days-to proceed next step.
I tried old CEC 2014 by my self, messed up, and rejected May 2015.
I thanks God for this rejection.
Because thousands of 2014 candidates stocked in the middle of progress.
Of course, rejection was painful but it makes me to start new progress.
My company found a good Lawyer and made it through.
Once when I get the LMIA letter could I cross the border and get work permit?
I hope all the best for you guys.
Thanks.
