LMIA number and Expiry Date

Dear forum members,

I have LMO that is still valid. When I am creating the EE form it asks for LMIA number. Is this the number on the top page of LMO:
LABOR MARKET OPINION CONFIRMATION FOR # 1234567

On page 3 Annex, there is System File Name: 1234567 is the same as the above number.

I should put: 1234567 ???

For the LMIA expiry date:

As I have TWP with this LMO that is valid till 2016 Feb 10 I beleive that this is the expiry date I need to enter

On the LMO I have on page 3 Opinion expiry date: 2013 - 12- 24, but as I understand this is the date by which you need to apply for visa with this LMO. I have applied for temp visa and was issued 2 year temp visa on which I am working now.

Any ideas regarding this?

I know this question is old, but I have the same question. I was issued LMO (before LMIA). Do I put expiry date of TWP or LMO?

LMO.

It doesn't matter even the date is expired as long as you still have a valid WP based on that LMO(LMIA).

It is mainly because the LMIA CIC ask is for the one for PR purpose but valid WP holders backed by LMIA (not PR purpose) also can use that LIMA they already got, even it's already expired.
