Husband cannot work. If waiting for work permit approval then you wait but it may be cancelled since you would no longer be eligible.Hi! Can he apply for PR since he already worked for two years or can i apply for PR i have also worked more than a year here in Canada with open work permit? Can i apply for visitor Visa till he can get another LMIA or should i apply for a study permit ? should i stop going to my job?
You can submit a profile but doesn’t mean you will be invited. What are your scores with ECA, language scores etc? He cannot count 50 points for LMIA. So go on the IRCC site and calculate your CRS score with IELTS and ECA. ECA is mandatory.My IELTS is 8 and i worked as a Night Auditor/ front desk agent for over a year. He is gonna take his CELPIP in about a week and he worked as a Sous Chef for two years.

Will be be eligible for ECA or should we go for Express Entry with Canadian Skilled labor. My husband when he was calculating his CRS score with approximate Language test score he got 556 with his LMIA and now without his LMIA its 506.
You need ECA for your diplomas and then calculate your EE score. I will submit my diplomas for ECA. He is fluent in English but not in French. But My work permit submission letter with the date till i can work or till i get work permit letter expires in two days. Should I continue to work or should i quit my job and wait for him to apply for his PR?
