Lmia into express entry

I met my immigragion lawyer and she informed me my points dont meet the criteria but what we can do is apply for a lmia which will boost my points to an amount that will grant me express entry criteria.

She seems confident but says the fact its a new business is the only issies

Anyone gone that approach? Had any issie with lmia or express entry ?

LMIA is nothing to be sure about because your employer needs to have a good proof that he really needs you to work for him not a Canadian. In my case the process to get LMIA took 6 months.

LMIA takes somewhere 6 to 12 months until it is GSS. which. is highly scrutinized so your attorney will never do that.

10 days for express entry? What she meant by that?

Even after 30-45 days of advertising it still take 3-4 months get a reply from govt. We had submitted athe documents around a month ago and just got the file number.as per lawyer the current waiting period is 2-3 months for them to make a decession .

According to CIC, it may take only 10 business days if the application meets the mentioned conditions (https://www.canada.ca/en/employment.../foreign-workers/median-wage/after-apply.html) but the recent delays in processing of LMIA applications have prolonged the estimated processing time.
