Hi everyone,
My name is Ambervy and I am a foreign worker as well. I have an employer who applied for my LMIA as a high skill worker (financial assistant) month ago. We didnt go through agency and very worried about the interview. Could some give me some clues about it please? Like after how long roughly they will normally call you? What kind of questions they gonna ask? The more details the better.

Hi Ambervy

They usually call for extra questions after about 6 weeks. Usually the questions would be based on the position and why any canadians werent selected and stuff like that. They would be pretty general stuff. Hope this helps.

Hi Prashanth,
Thanks for the information. I heard someone being asked a lot of detailed questions about job duty and ad processing. Is there anything my employer should pay extra attention on? And what is the "right answer" to the question "do you have candidate in your mind already"?

Hey

It actually tough to predict what they ask, i believe it totally depends case to case. They have called recently my employer for some clarifications on wage and number of hours per week which was un expected.

Does anyone know if IELTS require for NOC B category LMIA for workpermit. I couldn't see on the checklist of the instructions.
