my employer send them all his financial documents
i send all my details plus we send them a detailed breakdown of the people he contacted to offer my job but nothing worked out so he wants to retain me.

if in case it gets rejected is there a way around it , like i already have a one year experience in my field of study and i studied in canada .

Well, if your company is legitimate, then you don't have anything to worry about. It only takes time to process. On the bright side, at least you got your employer to do the LMIA process.

Honestly, all you can do is wait. And/or look at your eligibility for PNP, while you are waiting.
