An employer wants to apply for me in a LMIA high skilled application. The employer is listed as the owner of the corporation and does not have any employees. Does the employer require employees for an LMIA high skilled application?? If so, how many?

I'm afraid your question doesn't really make sense.

You seem to be asking us if the employer requires highly skilled employees and how many. Not sure how any of us can answer that question...

asking if an employer needs to have existing employees? Can an employer with no (zero) employees apply for an LMIA? Or must the employer have at least one existing employee to apply for LMIA?

Personally i think it would be a stretch to pursuade immigration that this would be a genuine LMIA application given apart the fact an employer needs to demonstrate financial viability / business history , having a company with no employees at all might be questioned whether this was genuine.

Ultimately all the employer can do is go through the process, advertise the position, demonstrate financial / commercial viability and see what happens as not sure anyone here can say if would be succesfull or not especially as in your other post you say the business cannot even cover the wage offered so if that is factual financial viability of the business would be questioned.
