LMIA for my permanent resodency

Hello, I have my work permit till 2025 and to boost my PR application. My employer has agreed to get an approved LMIA for me so that I can get 50 points, he has done all the requisite activitiies to be performed.
However, which stream should he opt for? Express Entry - Permanent residency? This way he will not have to pay 1000 bucks too. Let me know if anyone can answer this.

But when he is filling up the application there comes one point when he has to choose the stream like global talent; high wage low wage; express entry permanent residency and when we select PR express entry; there again comes up a question whether to go for LMIA to support PR or to get a closed work permit.
