LMIA for 0621 noc code

Hi forum,

I am going to apply for LmIA for noc 0621 i.e. Retail branch manager and salary is above median.
On website its written they will not process food industry, food and accomodation and retail stores. So i cant apply for LMIa?

This is true For low skilled workers in the accommodation, food services and retail trade sectors in economic regions with an unemployment rate at or above six percent.

Your NOC code appear to be skill level O, which is classed as higher skilled. So this does not apply.
