LMIA employer requirements

Hi everyone,
I would like to know about the certain criteria of employer to apply for LMIA. Even though my boss wants to suport me, the company should meet the requirement, such as the number of employees and the certain avenue etc.

Can I ask you if there are certain requirements? Anybody?

Is it true that to obtain a lmia a company should have at least 3 full time employees...please answer me..

My husband has got a job offer from a Canadian company. He is working in India for the same company. Is LMIA approval required? Could you provide me some information regarding the inter company transfer or LMIA exempt and what are the documents needed to claim 50 points ? Any inputs will be very helpful

He needs +ve LMIA to get 50 points..

Thanks for the reoky. Will he need a +ve LMIA even if it's a transfer. What about LMIA exemption case?
