I just recently got my closed work permit with a specific company I don’t know what the next step is.

So look at Manitoba PNP, and whether you are eligible as there are different streams based on your Manitoba score, time worked, TEER etc. As for Express Entry, you need to see if you are eligible based on age, education, language, skills, LMIA and funds.
