LMIA application processing time?

My husband got LMIA yesterday.


dual

SK retail supervisor

We have been rejected once so we had enough ads periods.

Sept. 5 2016 registered.
Oct.7 interview
Oct.17 positive LMIA
Oct.21 got LMIA by postal.

Hi, I just got a negative result of regular Lmia in SK as a retail supervisor....

We are going to apply to Dual intent LMIA soon and I have some question.

I get a medium wage is 17.50 and I don't have any English score and previous career before.

Is it possible to apply to Dual Lmia? what are the difference between regular Lmia and dual Lmia?

Need no English score but previous career before.

Dual requires employer's financial statements.

LMIA application processing time?

Dear Sir,
how much processing time is required for LMIA for Trade Professions.According to my consultant in Pakistan (Highbrow international) my Employer in canada lodged application for LMIA in 1 August 2016 in trade profession (Construction Supervisor NOC 7205) but whenever i contact to him, they told me that due to backlog (huge quantity of application for LMIA) Processing time is enhanced from 10 days to four and half month. please tell me is my consultant is correct or not. how many days or month I should be wait.

Is it possible to get LMIA without a phone interview?

LMIA processing time will take up 3 months to 6 months. There are few people who got lmia after 8 - 12 months as well. If your job advertising, prevailing wage are satisfied then lmia can be released within 6 months. If your company has previously got positive lmia then the processing time can be less than 3 months. Sometimes office visit and phone interview will be there.
