My employer was very angry when he found out that the LMIA was refused. Even him was pretty confident that they will approve it.. Sadly, NO... He said he will call the office and ask why. Employer had interview last Thursday so 5 days tomorrow of processing since then (excl Monday public holiday)
His lawyer is confident it will be approved this week but since it's Friday there tomorrow I'm not that sure about the timing or even his confidence its a yes. Want to prepare ourselves that it might still be rejected just in case.
