Congrats!! Can you please clarifiy what did you mean with a revision of transition plan and training? Which activities did your employer choose in the plan?

Thanks in advance.

Now, go celebrate :P

hi kik
first of all many congrats for LMIA.
i am also waiting for lmia application sent on 10th dec and in process from 15th dec.

my IEC will expire on 6th march and i also sent my PR application under FSTP and that was received on nov.25 2014. (on line status)
if i will get some response from PR file before 6th march i will apply for my bridging open WP.

and my immigration consultant applied for a renewal of work permit for me with the number of LMIA file. (it is a paper application so we have about 90 days)

please share your valueable experience as a candidate of IEC whose status was expiring and you dont had a approved lmia at that time. thanks.

i sent mine in on Nov 7th and apparently they will ring my work with a decision today ??? ???

They asked my employer today for proof of hiring Canadians effort.....they hired 2 Canadians while the job ad was up so they cant really say that I'm preventing Canadians getting a job. One guy matched experience and the other guy didnt.

i will let you guys know soon...

"Sometimes you have to stop worrying, wondering, and doubting.

I have a query regarding the LMIA application:-

My employer is in the process of filing my LMIA application and they are wondering if it would be a good idea to include a spreadsheet with all the people that applied and why they consider its not a good fit. I am not too sure if its a good idea since we are giving away more information than asked.

Would appreciate any advice.

Thanks

I'm about to go flagpole on Tuesday to get my and spouse work permits based on approved lmia. My employer have very busy schedule and plans for me for next week so we don't have time to apply online. I was thinking of going to Carway border crossing Alberta. Anyone have some experience with this crossing and cbsa officers?
