Sorry to hear that, did you used counsalten company to fill your application, and what were the terms that employer didn't filled?

we didn't hire any consultant. The employer doesn't have enough profit to cover the salary of all the TFWs, that was the reason for rejection.

Applied on 25th of Jan.
File number on 20th of Feb.

What can I do with this file number? Where can I check my processing?

My LMIA for NOC 2174 in Toronto ON took exact 2 months ,from application to getting document in hand. no Lawyers involved HR in Canada just followed the process.

Thank you from every one.

Wish you luck in your aplication.

This number is used if additional documents are requested. Your employer will inform this number when sending the fils.
Generally, it's also requested if your employer call to the Service Canada asking for some information. I believe you cannot use it for anything else (there isn't any website for checking the application progress).

Thank you very much, Funbox.

I will update my processing as well.

I think the other groups have covered your concerns - posting the same question in multiple threads is only going to get you conflicting answers.

If it is truly a worry for you, attach your LMIA to a CSE as suggested previously.

I totally understand. Hope you dont take my post as spams.
Actually, I am looking for someone who got PPR with positive LMIA application.

No probs, I probably jumped on the wrong conclusion there too.

What is your question and someone might be able to help out?
