I don't have access to this information in my application, due to confidential information between them and the consultant, but I think they've required that in my case too. It seems to be an additional document (one of the listed above), showing that the company can afford your salary.

The good thing is that they have required that earlier. In my case it was 2 months after the application and then I have been waiting for other 3 months for the interview, which is a relevant step to the decision.

Hope to bring better news soon!
Thanks alan...
My employer doesn't have a lawyer for the application, so we prepared a letter stating that some expenses are non recurring in nature and some of them are non cash expenses (eg: depreciation)..

We already sent all the financial statements of the company as it was a requirement while submitting the application.

Now I don't know, hoping for the best, fingers crossed!!

NEWS!
My employer called today. They've had the interview yesterday. SC gave him a hard to time to explain why hiring a foreign for the position, etc, but I think they were satisfied with the explanation. BUT... there are minor adjustments on the legal terms of the job offer, like adding words to make them comfortable that this is a full-time position and other small wording things. I'm hoping it will be sorted out soon.

so, not an approval YET, but it's coming!
Maybe this week we'll get an answer.... A good one!

Hi Everyone,

I have done Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and now working on PGWP. My job is relevant to my study. I spoke with my employer about LMIA and they agree to apply for PR purpose only. However, I noticed that my wage is pretty low than median wage salary according to my NOC code. Do you think most likely my application will be rejected? Please share your thoughts.

Thanks.

It will be rejected for sure. In the best case scenario, they will call your employer and ask to increase the wage.
It needs to be exactly the median wage or above. Remember that it varies by city and position (NOC).

The job advertising also must have a salary that meets or exceeds the median wage.

Most people used the sites below. In addition to the Job Bank, you need to choose two additional websites.

- Job Bank (this is mandatory and must remain advertised during the whole process)
- Workopolis (around $600 per month)
- Monster (around $600 for 2 months)
- Indeed (Free)
- CanadaJobs.com (Free)
- AllStarJobs (Free)

Thank You friend ! So only the job bank ad has to stay for the whole process ? Others, a minimum of a month ? Right >?

Thanks for the information. Median wage according to my region and noc code is 36/hr. How can company give 35/hr with full time position to a new grad person? For an experienced person, I can understand. Is there any success if employer says they will raise wage once I get PR ?

Median wage is one of, if not the biggest problems right now for LMIA purposes. Because most of the people applying are either new grads or still 1-2 years into their respective industries. It has to be at least Median wage for them to consider the application, otherwise it is a direct no and they will issue a negative LMIA...

Sorry, this is LMIA processing topic. Please forward your message to the specific PGWP topic, I think they will have a better experience to assist you.

Exactly. But, the more ads you have advertised during the whole process, the better.
A good option is to advertise on Monster or Workopolis for a month or two (which are paid websites) and keep it advertised on Job Bank and any other free website such as Indeed. My employer is going to re-apply soon and probably we will use Monster + Job Bank + Indeed + AllStarJobs.

I don't think this is a option. They are very strict when it comes to wages.
Your employer would have to pay you the median wage (36/h). This rate should be indicated in the job offer that will have to be signed by you and them.
