It will depend on you EE points. By studying in Canada and having work experience (I assume you have a PGWP by now), you might have the required points.

LMIA is necessary for us who are far from the points AND have a job offer. To make this offer valid for the 600 points in EE it is required to have a positive LMIA.

PNP would give you the same 600 points without LMIA though.

hi can anyone tell me how many lmia can my employer apply , my employer has already 3 positive lmia and mine would be the 4th one,
any advice would be helpful

Usually, when it comes to dual intent LMIA (for Work Permit and EE) it is processed in St John, New Brunswick, so it might not affect which Province you are moving to. With the chance to immigrate through Express Entry I believe people are applying through dual intent, because you can move faster than waiting all the PR process to start/keep working. There is also the PR only LMIA, which some are also applying for. But I think that LMIA purely for Temporary Work Permit is not being used currently for the reasons explained above.

Any other questions, please inform.

Thank you for your kind reply.

It's really helpful.

I am also waiting for since 12 Weeks my NOC - 6312 till no update !!

Just for reference, I'm on week 20, waiting for interview. I think that processes that goes through the holiday season are a bit affected, so hang on, 'cause you might have some weeks of waiting.

Is your application dual intent? Because all dual intent applications seems to be processed by St. John's Office.
My application was sent to Toronto but they redirected it to St. John.

I realy dont know too much as they are preparing for work permit to apply, as my employer has been charged 1000$ i suppose it is.

I just think that pointing all dual-intent to a single centre only makes things slower.
We need it "fasterer"! :)
