LMIA application processing time?

Got a request for some additional documentation on Sep 29, faxed the requested files on Oct 1

You have been illegal. How much hassle could the border people give you when presented with this information?

If you're from a visa exempt country you can get it right away at the border-

This is the greatest news I've heard all weekend. I assumed once my employer got the LMIA I had to apply online, wait and then flagpole. This eases my timeline anxiety by a lot!

Chances are nothing will happen. Hypothetically they could certainly refuse your work permit due to the illegal work, tell you you must leave Canada, and then issue a six month work permit ban (again, for the illegal work).

Well damn, they're lenient as anything when it comes to this kind of stuff.

can anyone tell me the LCP LMIA processing time now a days. and also the advertising requirement of LCP. cos its been only one and half months my employer put the advertisement in jobbank. so is it ok that he can apply by this time???

I believe the minimum advertising time is 4 weeks so if over than that yes, not sure though

Anyone know how long after they cash it do you get a decision?

Rememeber that it is now 3 job websites(one of which has to be jobbank, which HAS to stay up throughout the whole process) and then 2 others.

Hi just wanna know, im waiting for almost 4months of my LMIA its getting stressful on me my employer does not cooperate with my agent in canada she said need to submit the liqiud assets of my employer so how long do i need to wait again? Please somebody help me? Tnx a lot
