Dear advisors good evening.
I am a student in vancouver bc .my wife is on open work permit.recently my pgwp got rejected so I'm applying for lmia.I just wanted to know if I get a lmia of a food counter attendant of two years but my employer is will to give me a 13$per hour instead of basic pay of 11.25$per hour and also a position of supervisor on my paycheques then would my wife get an open work permit since she is here with me and I dnt want her to leave canada again.please help.

The LMIA must be for the supervisor role (not for a food counter attendant role). If the LMIA is for a food counter attendant role, your wife will not qualify for an open work permit.
