LMIA and 4-year cap

Please could someone offer advice...

I came to Canada from the UK in March 2011 on an IEC permit. I decided to study here and began studies in September 2011 on a bachelors of social work. I received a 3 year post grad work permit in Nov 2013 and have been in work in a social service occupation (category NOC B) since June 2014. I am currently collecting enough work experience for CEC and am working on an LMIA with my employer.

My question is, as a TFW who hopes to be selected for EE what happens if my permit expires before I receive permanent residence? I'm not sure whether I can apply for bridging as I will have reached the 4 year cap by Nov 2016 and I am not exempt - as my classification is NOC B, not 0 or A. Will my LMIA still be valid? I'm sure my employer will hold my job for me.

1. If you receive an ITA and you apply under EE and you get the PER if your application is accepted under EE, then you can apply for a BOWP. It is one of the exemptions under the 4 year rule.
2. if you don't received the AOR or PER by Nov/16 then you either change status to a visitor or you go home.

Or he can find a new job under NOC 0 or A and apply for new LMIA (and WP).

I think this is my first option. It's hard enough to find an employer in social services who's willing to spend $1000 on an LMIA. Finding a NOC A job as a social worker that is permanent is not something I'm optimistic about. Better luck for those in the for-profit sector.
