I haven't heard from CIC yet till now
My eldest is 21 and graduated already and just took his board exam a while ago
My question is can he work in the Philippines while his papers is on process?

Your child must be a full time student and not working regardless of age to be considered your dependent. This is from the past definition of dependent child but after august 2014 this has been amended and removed to until age 19 only and the continuous education is no longer applicable.Tin1231 said:
